Rick Plachetka started Machine Tool Diagnostics, Inc. in January 2004. He was previously the service manager for Luther and Pedersen, Inc. in Chicago, IL, a Cincinnati Milacron distributor. His only goal, which he continues today, is to have a superior response time and factory trained technicians in order to reduce machine down time and increase customer productivity.
Machine Tool Diagnostics, Inc. will provide superior response time, competitive service rates, consultation as well as repair on other metal cutting machines. Service Engineers are factory trained and bring a combined total of 90 years of machine tool repair experience. Experience ranges from Cincinnati Milacron, ROMI USA, and virtually all Siemens or Fanuc controlled machinery.
Standard rates offered by Machine Tool Diagnostics, Inc.: labor on all equipment $105/hr, travel to and from Yorkville, IL $60/hr, mileage charge $.65/mile, overnight lodging of $150/night, air travel: ticket cost plus travel rate.
Overtime Rates: labor on all equipment $157.50/hr, travel to and from Yorkville, IL $90/hr, mileage charge $.65/mile, lodging $150/night. Sunday and holiday labor rates are $235/hr. Travel to equal the overtime rates.
Terms are net 15.
